Throughout Davis and Salt Lake County Jeff has been regarded as one of the most talented and knowledgeable loan officers and administrators. He has been recognized for his strong background in Construction and Development lending, as well as other Commercial loans. He has even received the U.S. SBA Financial Advocate of the Year award. Jeff began his career at American National Bank/Tracy-Collins Bank & Trust and then graduated to Valley Bank & Trust. At Valley Bank & Trust, Jeff worked his way up the ranks to Senior Vice President and Northern Region Manager. In the early 90's Valley Bank & Trust become Bank One, Utah N.A., at which point Jeff was the Senior Vice President, Branch Division Administrator, and the Director of Marketing. After working for Bank One, Jeff worked for Barnes Banking Company where he was their Vice President, Branch Manager, and Private Banking Manager, and opened two new branches for them. Along the way Jeff got his degree in Economics from the University of Utah, his degree in Bank Administration from the Pacific Coast Bankers Management Institute at the University of Washington, and has been certified in numerous other bank and lending courses. Jeff assisted in the initial development and start-up process of Prime Alliance Bank, and has also taken an active role in the marketing and employee training. When Jeff is not at the bank, you might see him playing tennis with his wife or boating with his family. In addition Jeff enjoys camping, music, skiing, fishing, and has played an active role in his community with various councils, clubs, and charities.
