Potential Bill Pay Errors

"Beginning August 16, our bill payment vendor experienced an issue that caused some bill payments to be missing from the Last 5 Processed Payments window. In addition, In Process payments will appear in the Pending Payments window until the process completes to move them to the Last 5 Payments window. Scheduled payments are being delivered on time, and you can click View Reports to confirm whether your payments have been completed." 

Cashier's Check Fraud Alert

It has come to our attention that counterfeit Prime Alliance Bank cashier’s checks are being distributed in connection with a fraudulent scam.

The cashier’s checks appear to be from Licom E Management Payment Systems or Trans Management Services.  The cashier’s checks are being sent with an award claim notification stating that the recipient is a lottery winner. These checks are not valid.

If you have received such a notification with a cashier’s check from Prime Alliance Bank, please contact local law enforcement or destroy the check.  Please do not, under any circumstances, provide your social security number, driver’s license number, credit card number, or bank account information to anyone unless you know for sure who you are dealing with.
