Mr. Harding is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Alliance Bank.
Prior to joining Prime Alliance Bank, Mr. Harding was the Chief Credit Officer of TBK Bank in Dallas, Texas, a bank with over $2.5 billion in assets. There he oversaw the underwriting, loan administration, loan operations, collections, special assets and allowance for loan and lease losses. Preceding his time with TBK, Mr. Harding was the Chief Credit Officer of TAB Bank in Ogden, Utah, a specialty finance bank where he oversaw the underwriting, allowance for loan and lease losses, special assets, legal and portfolio administration.
In addition to general commercial, real estate and mortgage lending, Mr. Harding has a strong background in specialty finance, with specific expertise in factoring, asset based lending, leasing and equipment finance.
Mr. Harding received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah, and he is certified as a six sigma black belt. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Utah Bankers Association and will begin his term on the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Western Region in 2018. He is a past Director of the Commercial Finance Association, past Board Member and Credit Committee Chair of the Utah Micro Loan Fund, past Chairman of the Board of the Family Support Center and volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement at various Title I schools.
Mr. Stanger is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Prime Alliance Bank.
Mr. Stanger has a deep background in banking, with more than 20 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer in two other Utah banks. In addition to his depth in the accounting and finance functions of banking, he also has direct experience in lending, operations, human resources, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Stanger has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Weber State University in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah. In recent years he has enjoyed teaching accounting courses at a local business college. He currently serves on the board of the Davis Community Housing Authority, and has served terms on the Kaysville City Council, Planning Commission and the Chamber of Commerce board. He and his wife Marilyn have six children and 23 grandchildren.
Mr. Ackley is the Chief Credit Officer of Prime Alliance Bank.
Mr. Ackley has held various leadership positions within the banking industry that spans a 30 year career. Prior to joining Prime Alliance Bank, he was the Chief Lending Officer at TAB Bank in Ogden, Utah where he oversaw the primary earning assets of the bank. His responsibilities included monitoring the overall quality and performance of the commercial loan portfolio, leading all Relationship Management activities, providing coaching and mentoring to staff as well as participating in credit approval committees, board of directors presentations, M&A activities, and developing new loan and treasury products.
With an expertise in commercial lending, his responsibilities have been primarily focused in asset based lending, factoring, mergers & acquisitions, equipment leasing, commercial mortgage finance, and treasury management. During his business career, Mr. Ackley has been responsible for the acquisition or financing of a multitude of companies around the United States in an array of different industries.
Mr. Ackley is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Finance and Economics. Additionally, he is a proud 12-year veteran of the United States Air Force and Ohio Air National Guard.
Mrs. Solomon is the VP Human Resources at Prime Alliance Bank.
Mrs. Solomon has been with Prime Alliance Bank for more than 8 years, and with a longstanding background in customer service, Mrs. Solomon found deep roots within Prime Alliance Bank through growth in various capacities. She began as a New Account Specialist, advanced to the Branch Operations Manager role and currently serves as the Executive and Director Assistant in addition to her role in Human Resources. Mrs. Solomon lends her front-end, customer-based expertise to finding and developing new employees while continuing to provide excellent service for the Bank’s clients, shareholders, directors, and employees.
Prior to joining Prime Alliance Bank, Mrs. Solomon worked in various branch operation and customer-facing roles at varying financial institutions. She has a passion for fitness, and in her spare time, Mrs. Solomon loves to run around in the mountains of Northern Utah. She has completed several ultra-marathons, and she is a motivational speaker promoting healthy lifestyles and encouraging those to be the best version of themselves. Finally, Mrs. Solomon organizes group activities for several local, cause-based and nonprofit companies.
